In addition to our NEW NAME, now at the Greater Philadelphia Valley Forge Dental Conference (GPVFDC) you can expect to see some significant changes:
Lower Course Costs
Our members told us they valued free conference registration. But we have gone one step further in 2016, and now most courses at GPVFDC are FREE for Second District members. We have also lowered the fee for team members and for all ADA dentists. The $780 cost for the three days of courses (or up to 18 C.E. credits) is waived for all dues-paying members of Second District. A TRUE MEMBER BENEFIT!
Education & Classrooms Tailored to your Needs
This year GPVFDC is offering 25 courses. You’ll find sessions specifically designed for restorative dentists, new dentists, specialists, assistants, EFDA’s, hygienists, administrative team members, laboratory technicians, students and even guests. Many courses are 3 hour half-day lectures allowing you to schedule your attendance around your practice, or plan to stay for full day lectures to hear from the TOP SPEAKERS in dentistry. Courses will be held on both sides of the VF Casino Resort and Radisson Hotel...assuring more seating for popular courses and an expanded exhibit hall. Free WiFi will be available throughout the conference.
Shorter Registration Check-In Lines
Registration is fast and convenient with eBADGE Exchange. Worrying about meeting materials is a thing of the past. Simply register online and use your Smart Phone or printed confirmation to pick up your materials at the convention. Everything will be waiting for you once you arrive... name tag, course ticket...even the flexibility to make instant registration changes or corrections.
Faster CE Certification
CE certification is now automatically provided for all attendees. Anytime during the conference, attendees can scan their badge, enter their course verification code provided at the end of the lecture, and print their CE Certificate. After the conference, and up to two months, attendees can print their certificates in the convenience of their home or office. Complete details and instructions will be provided at the conference.
More Time on the Exhibit Floor
While enjoying mid-morning beverage breaks in the hall, you will have more time to meet with 65 vendors and view a wide variety of dental products and supplies. From 12 noon to 2 PM each day, enjoy a leisurely lunch break in either the exhibit hall or adjacent restaurants. (See registration form for courses that include a free lunch or an option to purchase a luncheon ticket.) Free refreshments will be offered in the hall each afternoon at 12:30 PM.
